Welcome to Rflik ERP, a product of Reydaar Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rflik ERP application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Rflik ERP, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Rflik ERP.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

• By registering, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Account Registration

• To access Rflik ERP, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are liable for all activities carried out under your account.

3. Services Provided

Rflik ERP is an all-in-one business ERP solution that includes but is not limited to:

• Project Management

• Accounting & Finance

• HRM (Human Resource Management)

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• POS (Point of Sale)

Features may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion to improve performance and user experience.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Rflik ERP is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing plans and payment schedules are detailed on our official website or as agreed in writing.

• All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your subscription fees.

5. License & Usage Rights

• Reydaar Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rflik ERP for your internal business purposes.

• You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell the software.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

  • Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

• All business data you upload remains your property.

• By using our Services, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing the Services.

• We maintain data security standards; however, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process personal information.

7. Availability & Support

• We aim to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

• Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

• Technical support is available as per the support plan agreed in your subscription package.

8. Third-Party Integrations

• Rflik ERP may integrate with third-party tools or services.

• We are not responsible for the reliability, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, software, content, and materials related to Rflik ERP remain the intellectual property of Reydaar Solutions.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Rflik ERP is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• Reydaar Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Services.

• Upon termination, your access to data may be restricted, but we will provide options to export your data within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of INDIA.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad (INDIA).

13. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.

• Continued use of Rflik ERP after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
