7. Termination: Rflik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms: Rflik reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, TS, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
